Privacy Policy
At Kapok Shop we only use your information to assist in fulfilling your order, replying to your question or occasionally informing you of new products. We hate spam and junk mail too so we do not sell your information to third parties.

We do not charge extra for payment with PayPal or Stripe.
To keep prices low and quality high we don't sell in stores only on this website. All prices are in Australian Dollars and we do not charge Goods and Services Tax ("GST") but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct. The invoice will be sent to you from Rocketspark, our website developer.

Postage and Freight
Postage is $18 per pillow, $5 for each extra pillow and $2 postage for each extra 100g bag of kapok or empty pillow shell in the one order.
The postage charges cover Australia, NZ and the US. For other countries please contact us for a quote. All parcels are sent via Australia Post, if you would like registered or express an extra charge will be incurred. No responsibility is taken for parcels lost in the mail or any duties incurred if buying from outside of Australia.

We try to keep packaging and postal costs to a minimum so we either post your pillow/s only in a white tuff plastic post bag from the post office. If there are two pillows the pillows will become squashed. This does not diminish the comfort of your pillow. 3 or more pillows will be packed in a clear plastic bag each and then double bagged in green tuff stuff rubbish bags. If you are giving your pillow as a present let us know and we will pack in clear plastic and do the best we can to prevent your pillow from being squashed. If you want your pillow/s only packed in cardboard tuff bags from the post office let us know and we can do this, however we do not take any responsibility for bags that are torn in the post.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not except returns unless your purchase is faulty. If you have any questions about your pillow call or email and we are happy to answer them.


Our pillows are filled with the best quality kapok on the market, although it is a natural fibre so it is possible for there to be the occasional tiny leaf or small stick that can be easily removed via the zip. This is also a reminder that you are sleeping on a natural and healthy product from nature.
