Privacy Policy
At Kapok Shop we only use your information to assist in fulfilling your order, replying to your question or occasionally informing you of new products. We hate spam and junk mail too so we do not sell your information to third parties.

Pricing
We do not charge extra for payment with PayPal or Stripe.
To keep prices low and quality high we don't sell in stores only on this website. All prices are in Australian Dollars and we do not charge Goods and Services Tax ("GST") but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct. The invoice will be sent to you from Rocketspark, our website developer.

Postage and Freight
Postage is $20 per pillow, $5 for each extra pillow and $2 postage for each extra 100g bag of kapok or empty pillow shell in the one order.
The postage charges cover Australia. For NZ the US and other countries the postage will be higher. If you country is not listed please contact us for a quote. All parcels are sent via Australia Post, if you would like registered or express an extra charge will be incurred. No responsibility is taken for parcels lost in the mail or any duties incurred if buying from outside of Australia.

Packaging
To keep packaging and plastic use to a minimum we send the pillows in compostable post packs. Please note currently we also pack in plastic due to Covid unless you want it without.

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons we do not except returns unless your purchase is faulty. If you have any questions about your pillow call or email and we are happy to answer them.

Disclaimers
We use a kapok fluffing machine to remove an impurities and take great care when filling your pillows however occasionally there may be a tiny stick or bit of bark which you can easily remover via the zip. The is also a reminder that you are sleeping on a natural product direct from nature.
